Use this page to request permanent deletion of your DMG account and the data associated with Capture Da King.

Submit a deletion request

Email us from the address connected to your DMG account. Include your Capture Da King display name and write Delete my account in the message.

Never send us your password. We may reply to verify that you own the account before deletion.

What will be deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication account and DMG account identifier.
• Your email address and Capture Da King display name.
• Your server-side chip balance, gameplay statistics, and account profile.
• Multiplayer records linked to your account where technically associated with it.

What may remain

Local guest data stored only on your device is removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. We may retain limited security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or legal records only when reasonably necessary or required by law. Any retained information is isolated from active gameplay and removed when it is no longer required. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer identify you may remain.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge your request and, when necessary, verify account ownership.
2. We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
3. Deletion is permanent. Your account, online chips, and saved online progress cannot be restored afterward.
