Help for version 1.0 of Capture the King on iPhone and iPad.

Quick help

The game will not start

Close and reopen the app, confirm your device is online, and try a local Player vs Player or Player vs AI match. Local play remains available if online services are temporarily unavailable.

I cannot join online multiplayer

Online multiplayer requires a DMG account and an internet connection. Open DMG Account from the main menu, sign in or create an account, then return to Online Multiplayer.

I forgot my password

Choose Forgot Password on the main menu and enter the email address associated with your DMG account.

About game chips

Game chips are for entertainment only. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, sold, or exchanged for real-world prizes.

Privacy and account help

Review the Capture Da King Privacy Policy. To permanently delete a DMG account and its associated Capture Da King data, follow the instructions on the account-deletion page.
